CADS enables our clients to succeed in capturing, understanding and optimising their space by delivering insightful services and solutions.

These include providing the UK’s largest retail planning resource, measured surveys and 3D modelling, as well as in-house developed specialist space management software StoreSpace® and virtual tour tool StoreView® – from our offices in Great Yarmouth, Leeds and Wolverhampton.

We also have an office in Edinburgh providing the National Helpline for the English Housing Survey (EHS) and Scottish Housing Survey (SHS) contracts and supporting our field-based surveyors and regional managers. The Housing Survey provides valuable information on housing stock that is used to monitor and develop government housing and energy related policies across England and Scotland.

Our clients include a number of national and international businesses – well known names on the high street and in the world of construction.

As a Director of the business, Guy works closely with CADS retail customers to implement best practice in macro space planning including optimising installations of our StoreSpace software. As an AutoCAD expert, Guy's areas of specialism include space planning, data and project management.

In his roles of Finance Director and Company Secretary, Aaron is primarily responsible for managing the finances of C A Design Services and Prosper together with ensuring the business fulfils its compliancy obligations. Alongside the other Directors, Aaron is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business.

As Marketing Manager for C A Design Services and subsidiary Prosper, Clare is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, develop customer engagement and generate new business enquiries.

HSEQ & Project Manager

Andy has a dual role at C A Design Services with responsibility for the project management of our StoreView and Drawing Services, as well as the company's HSEQ and ISO 9001 accreditation and management procedures.

Heading up software development & support, Philip is responsible for the future direction and delivery of our StoreSpace and StoreView applications. Phil has a wealth of worldwide project delivery and retail experience on a variety of platforms and development languages.

Pete Humm

Retail Services Manager

Pete Humm is responsible for managing the Retail Planning teams in our Gt Yarmouth, Leeds and Wolverhampton offices. He works closely with Store Planners and Store Development Teams to ensure projects are successfully delivered to time and to budget.

Barbara Lucas - Stock Condition Surveys

Regional Manager Housing Surveys

Barbara is the nominal head of a group of 3 Regional Managers responsible for 150 surveyors working on the English Housing Survey for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. The team have extensive experience of the survey and its development and deliver data for 6500 dwellings each year.
