Appropriate mechanical and electrical surveys, based on up date drawings, are fundamental to ensure that buildings and process sites where machinery and electrical controls are commonplace provide a safe and healthy environment for the personnel; and that 'Electricity At Work' legislation is fully complied with.

We offer a flexible, cost-effective service to carry out verification visits and amend existing/produce new CAD drawings for site P&IDs, instrumentation and electrical control equipment.
Additionally, our M & E teams can capture site equipment details for the population of asset stewardship/maintenance management programmes and carry out technical inspections.

Our service comprises a 'walking the lines' exercise to verify installed equipment and associated items. The service can be applied to all process sites, food production units and buildings of all kinds.

Where building drawings and floor plans are not up to date, survey activity can be extended to include a measured building survey. Our service does not extend to carrying out any engineering design functions or repair and replacement procedures.
