Working in close liaison with Bouygues UK's architect, HLM, CADS Space Planning provided architectural support services during the design and construction phases of a new primary school for key stages 1 & 2 in the Waltham Forest area.

Our school planning services were tailored in accordance with Bouygues UK's established protocol and guidelines, using the bespoke furniture drawings, sanitaryware layouts and building plans submitted by HLM.

By drawing on the experience of CADS Space Planning, the Bouygues team was able to focus on the design and construction process, delivering on time and on budget.

Project History
Familiarity with industry standards and expectations, together with an experienced team, has ensured the availability of CADS Space Planning services to support numerous school projects on behalf of Bouygues UK.
This project included complexities over and above a typical primary school design, due to the addition of an adult education centre (Community Learning Skills Service) on the second floor, which had to be kept independent of the primary education space.
