Trainee CAD / Digital Cartographer
The successful applicants will work in our GIS Department, interpreting and creating maps from aerial photographs. The role is a trainee position working towards the requirements of Digital Cartographer.
Digital Cartographers are responsible for generation of digital data according to customer specifications, using various systems and data capture/editing techniques.
No qualifications are necessary as full training will be provided. Knowledge of drawing software may be an advantage. The post requires quick decision making, attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Working hours are 40 hours per week spread over 4 days, to include weekends. 10 hours per day between 7am and 6.30pm.

Business Development Executive
We are currently looking to recruit an additional business development executive to target our services to the non-retail UK property marketplace.
Requirements:
The role’s primary focus is to sell our existing range of services to new customers and therefore, it is likely that the successful applicant will be a proven self-starter with associated successful track record in business to business sales and achieving sales targets.
The applicant must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be willing to learn and adapt. The applicant will be expected to work closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Executive to identify and target companies and organisations relevant to CADS portfolio of property related services.
Experience of the construction, architectural, or FM marketplace would be useful along with knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software. It is likely the applicant would be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Research, identify and target organisations involved with large property portfolios. Promote and sell our full range of services.
Salary:
Basic salary dependant on experience, plus OTE and company car. Benefits, after qualifying period, include BUPA and contributory pension.

Due to an increase in workload, we have a vacancy for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience to be based at our Milton Keynes office and work on a series of large retail projects.
Sucessful applicants will be ARB / RIBA Part III qualified and will demonstrate:
- The ability to work independently
- Proficiency in producing accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of job running and site visits
- Successful team working
Retail design experience and knowledge of MicroStation are very desirable
