.Net programmer with Knowledge/Experience of Autodesk products
C A Design Services currently provides space planning and space management solutions to many blue chip retailers in the UK.
The post holder will be expected to liaise with our customers, fully understand their requirements and deliver best solutions in terms of developing and maintaining applications based on their specification.
Applicants should have experience in dealing with organisations of this size and structure, written and verbal communication skills, technical document writing, QA procedures and techniques and MS Office Applications.
Applicants should possess knowledge/experience of:
- Autodesk Products (specifically Revit)
- Autodesk APIs (.NET)
- CAD Applications
- MS SQL server

Cadnet Limited is an expanding UK-based Building Information Modelling (BIM) company based in West Byfleet Surrey with experience in developing BIM models for a variety of industries.
We require a commercially aware and IT literate Office Manager to facilitate the efficient technical operation and day to day running of the office, working in conjunction with the Managing Director to help take the business forward.
Applicants must possess a working knowledge of BIM, practical capability with standard drawing software including AutoCAD MEP, Microstation and Revit along with a knowledge of construction/architecture.
Main duties:
- Providing an experienced point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Allocating work, briefing and supervising staff and sub-contractors
- Monitoring projects against time, cost and quality criteria
- Recruiting, training, managing and appraising staff
- Undertaking time and cost estimates against proposed project specifications
- Completing and submitting tenders, visiting clients and making presentations
- Establishing positive associations with service providers, external companies and contractors

Cadnet | Trainee BIM (Building Information Modelling) Consultant
